Celebrate the Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse with an evening of conscious connection with self and others, including Cacao, Breath, Sound and Meditation.
Enjoy a heart-opening cacao ceremony, engage in energy balancing breathing practices, guided meditation, and a deeply relaxing sound bath to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.

What to expect:

✨ Cacao Ceremony
Drop into a space of love, presence, and connection. The sacred cacao will help awaken your senses, align your energy, and open your heart.
✨ Connection with the Full Moon Eclipse Energy 
Reconnect with your inner power and wisdom while strengthening the collective energy within the group through discussing the energetics of the current full moon, breathing exercises and meditation.
✨ Sound Bath
Experience a soothing sound bath to relax the mind and body. Allow the healing vibrations of crystal bowls to bring balance to your energy, ease stress, and invite a deep sense of peace.
✨ Journaling & Sharing circle
Harness the full moon’s potent energy and integrate your experience in a personal and intimate setting. 

Leave feeling grounded, empowered, and inspired as you align with the rhythm of the moon and embrace the magic of this eclipse season. 🌑✨

What to bring:

• Yoga Mat + cushion for Meditation
• A gift for the altar (e.g. flower, feather, crystal) that you’re happy to let go of
• Journal + pen 
• Water Bottle
• Wear comfortable, warm clothes and/or bring a blanket (we will be outdoors!)
