Full Moon Beach Meditation - March

You are invited to join us as we relax and release our blocks to our goals through group meditation. Our combined energies can be very potent in creating what we want. This is an eclipse also which magnifies the energies at play.

The Virgo Lunar Eclipse is the first eclipse for the year, and comes with Venus retrograde and Mercury (ruler of Virgo) turning retrograde the next day. 
This eclipse is a high stress one, and lots of things might be stressing you out, so let's release with the full moon energy and relax on the beach.

Our combined energies can be very potent in creating what we want.

Please bring:

• water bottle 
• yoga mat/towel, rug and cushions for your comfort
• wear comfy clothes

This is for beginners or experienced people.
