Full Moon Breakthrough Breathwork

It's my Full Moon in Sagittarius so you know it's going to be a super special night.

This Full Moon Breakthrough Breathwork practise will guide you into altered states of consciousness where profound healing, growth and emotional release can take place. 

Together we will explore the power of the breath, the power of community and the power of our own bodies to heal, release and regulate.

The evening will include a warm cup of cacao, a transformative breathwork flow, journalling, a guided meditation, and outdoor full moon ritual.

Breakthrough Breathwork is completely safe and beneficial for most people, but if you fall under the following categories you cannot take part in Breakthrough Breathwork/ this event.
