The moon is full and it's a time of full illumination.

Where things that have been hidden can no longer stay that way. Now we can't unsee what's in front of us. What lies ahead. What we're willing to release.

This Full Moon in Gemini is about communication, attitude and a sense of adventure. Something has been building inside us, and the energy of the cosmos is asking for it to be let out. We can’t sit on our feelings right now. We need to express them.

The Full Moon is a time of culmination, the fulfilment of what was started at the New Moon. It’s an emotional time, a time of romance, fertilisation and relationships. With the Moon full and bright in the sky, symbolic “illumination” occurs in our own lives.

We’ll begin with a magickal tea to help us arrive, then use the breath to move what’s been building and give it somewhere to go. Breathwork lets us bypass the thinking mind, release what we’ve been holding in the body, and find the words (or the wordless release) for what’s ready to be expressed. We’ll finish with a nourishing snack to ground us before heading home, feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to our own voice.

This is the moment of maximum light, visibility, and energy representing culmination, completion, illumination. A full blooming, and a time of letting go now that the cycle has peaked.

No experience needed. Just you and your breath.

Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools we have for regulating the nervous system, shifting stuck emotion, and returning to a sense of inner calm and clarity. Meditation calms a busy mind and brings you back to yourself.

And when we do it together, under a full moon? Something extraordinary happens.

Come as you are. Leave feeling like yourself again.

Howling welcome.
