Enjoy a heart-opening cacao ceremony, engage in energy balancing breathing practices, guided meditation, and a deeply relaxing sound bath to harmonise body, mind, and spirit.

What to expect:

✨ Ceremonial Cacao
Open your heart, awaken your senses and ground your energy with the ancient plant medicine of cacao.
✨ Connection with the Full Moon Energy 
Reconnect with your inner power and wisdom through discussing the energetics of the current full moon, meditation and breath.
✨ Sound Bath
Allow the healing vibrations of crystal bowls to bring balance to your energy, ease stress, and invite a deep sense of peace.
✨ Journaling & Sharing circle
Participate in a heartfelt sharing circle to integrate, reflect, and connect in a safe and supportive space.

This evening is a beautiful opportunity to pause, reset, and realign your intentions while connecting deeply with yourself and others. Whether you're new to ritual practices or a seasoned participant, you'll find this circle to be a welcoming space to share and grow. 🌑✨

✨ Yoga Mat + blanket
✨ Journal + pen 
✨ Water bottle
✨ A gift for the altar (e.g. flower, feather, crystal) that you’re happy to let go of
✨ Wear comfortable, warm clothes (we will be outdoors!)
✨ Eye mask (optional, to enhance your sound bath experience)
