Full Moon Circle | Online (koha)

The moon is full, and so are we.

Join us online for our first Full Moon Circle, an hour to gather, breathe and let go of what this marama has asked us to carry. A space for release, and for the breakthrough that comes after it.

This is the first time we open the Sanctuary online, so wherever you are in Aotearoa or across the world, you can sit with us.

In the hour:

· Karakia to open and close

· Breath with taonga puoro to land in your body

· Celebrate what you've moved through this marama

· A release practice, putting pen to paper and letting it go

· A gentle sharing circle (passing is always welcome)

Wednesday 28 October, 6:30pm to 7:30pm (NZ time)

Online via Google Meet. Your link comes with your ticket.

Bring: paper and a pen, a glass of water, tī or koko, and a quiet space. Headphones help with the sound.

Come as you are. Camera on or off, whatever feels right.

This is a sacred space, so we don't record it. Please don't record or screenshot the circle.
