Join us for a Full Moon Sound Meditation as we move into the Autumn Equinox 🍂🌕

A peaceful Saturday morning to pause, slow down and welcome the changing season. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

Root & Essence is founded and led by Lisa, a humanistic counsellor and psychotherapist with a passion for bringing together emotional wellbeing, embodied practice and deep rest.

Alongside my therapeutic training, I have trained in sound healing, meditation, breathwork and yoga, including immersive training in Rishikesh, in the foothills of the Himalayas, where these practices became an important part of my own lived experience as well as my work with others.

Root & Essence offers welcoming wellbeing experiences including sound meditation and crystal singing bowls, breathwork, guided meditation, cacao ceremonies and other restorative and seasonal gatherings.

Each event offers a little space away from the busyness of everyday life, a chance to slow down, reconnect and simply be.

Whether you’re completely new to these practices or they’re already part of your life, you’re welcome to come exactly as you are.
