About Full Moon Frequency...

Full Moon is a beautiful time to tune up the resonant frequency in the instrument of the energetic body, a little bit like an orchestra tuning up it's individual instruments to create a harmonious and peaceful experience. Our watery ocean bodies are affected by the pull of the moon, just as the ocean tides. We invite you to come home to your energetic embodiment as we find deep rest in a Yin Yoga practice supported by a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This combination of modalities in alignment with the Full Moon is a powerful amplification of all that is moving through us and for us, assisting in releasing energetic blockages and experiencing more freedom, peace, and clarity.

Claire has devoted the last 13 years to refining the art of holding space for people to deeply immerse in the beauty of their own true nature, primarily through yoga. Her approach to the restorative arts of yoga focuses on replenishing 'ojas' to increase our sense of inner-luster, radiance, and vibrancy for life. Rest deep and rise up!

About Sarah...

Sarah enjoys bringing peace and balance to people, assisting them to smile with life again. Naturally deeply connected to sound resonance and seeing the movement of energy, she has been using crystal bowls in sessions that enhance the body’s rest and recovery since 2020.

Free parking is available on the street or in the Padbury Stores Carpark adjacent to Panache Living.
