Come and join us as we gather in advance of the November Full Moon to celebrate illumination and new beginnings within this cycle of completion.

Join us as we weave our stories with the medicine of Cacao, carried into restfulness by the sounds of the singing bowls and healing instruments.

Come rest in peace and pause a while, restoring your connection to self, gifting yourself space to pause, breathe, and soften into stillness.

This is not a 'cacao ceremony', it is a journey within guided by the medicine of Cacao and supported by healing frequencies.

We will gather in Circle and take a moment to integrate, become present in the space, then connect with and share the medicine of Cacao.

Cacao is the root form of chocolate, a natural plant medicine that supports us to open our hearts, soften, and slow down.

Vibrational medicine helps us to shed layers that no longer serve us. The energy and frequency of the instruments that will be shared may support us to soften into a restful state, allowing us to drop deeper into our internal world and receive whatever it is that our inner selves wish to reveal in that moment.

Full Moons invite us to plant our seeds for the future, to set our intentions for the days ahead. This particular full moon, in November 2025, marks an opportunity to invite greater illumination of the path ahead, as we draw towards the end of a year of completion.

This timing is also an opportunity to celebrate where we are, all that we have experienced, and choose more consciously where we are heading.

Guided by our intention and shared collective energy we will take the opportunity to weave a new story for the remainder of 2025, and begin to cast our gaze beyond to 2026 - a year of New Beginnings.

Arrival from 1:45pm for a 2pm start.

Note: Please eat lightly before the event and bring a drink bottle. Grounding, diet-friendly snacks will be available afterwards to help support grounding and reintegration before departure. (This social aspect is optional, if you need to be elsewhere that is fine, but it can be lovely to participate in the community aspect of events such as these.)

Blankets and yoga mats are provided; dressing in comfortable layers is recommended, and you are welcome to bring additional blankets and pillows for your comfort if desired.

You may also wish to bring along a journal and pen.
