Full Moon Gathering: Cacao + Sound Immersion

Soulfill & Beetle Miyela warmly invite you to join us for a Full Moon Gathering; an evening of Cacao + Sound Immersion. 13th April is this year’s Libra Full Moon. Full Moons can bring about heightened energy & emotions, making it the ideal time to step back and focus on Relaxation & Releasing anything that we no longer want to hold onto. 

Cacao by Soulfill: Elijah Samaa from Soulfill will be brewing up Ceremonial Cacao for the evening to assist you to Nourish your Body, Mind & Soul. This Pure Peruvian Cacao is well known for its heart opening properties as well as mood boosting effects. Cacao is a great tool to accompany you through introspection, healing, letting go & transformation.

Sound by Beetle Miyela + Special Guests: Beetle Miyela is a multidisciplinary sound and performance artist currently based in Magandjin, Brisbane. Her practice draws from her cultural heritage, descending from Anglo-Celtic, Scandinavian and Maltese bloodlines, whilst simultaneously connecting to the innate oneness of Mother Earth. Her aim is to use ritualistic, somatic performance as an offering to bridge the imaginary and the reality. Miyela's work focuses on creating places of quiet in order to explore the healing forces of sound and movement. She offers safe, immersive and creative spaces for audiences to rest and reconnect with themselves.

How the Evening will Flow:

• Introduction

• Sound Immersion: 15 minutes of sound focusing on letting go of stagnant energy, old habits or traits that no longer serve you.

• Release Ritual 

• Ceremonial Grade Cacao Serving

• Sound Immersion: 30 minutes of sound while drinking Cacao, focusing on Relaxation & Reflection 

What to bring with you:
Please bring your favourite mug to drink cacao from + a cushion, blanket / something comfortable to sit on.
