Full Moon in Sagittarius Earth Altering Workshop

We invite you to join Prue from @earth.altering & Emma from @sidebysidetribe for a nourishing day immersed in nature, sisterhood and connection under the energy of the Sagittarius Full Moon on Latje Latje Country (Mildura, Victoria) - You will find out address once you book your spot.

We will begin the day with a guided meditation to deeply connect with the elements - fire, water, air and earth around us and also within us, connect with the land, set our intentions and burn anything we would like to let go of for the next cycle ahead in ritual (Full moons are the perfect time to shine a light on the things that are no longer serving us and make an intention to let them go, so that we can make space for the new).

Prue will guide us through our collaborative Earth Altar creation using beautiful natural materials foraged from the area. This creative process is such a joy to be a part of, each group Earth Altar has its own way of evolving and when the end product is finished, the subject reveals itself as an explosion of collaborative love.

Emma will then be guiding us through a gentle yoga practice around our creation to nurture our bodies through movement, breathing and meditation.

There will also be a nourishing, locally inspired, vegetarian lunch where we will have plenty of time to relax and unwind immersed in nature and each others company.
