Inviting you to a nurturing full moon journey to soften and awaken the heart with the transformative sacred technologies of Sattva Himalayan Breathwork and Kriya. An immersion into the frequency of love with breath, embodied movement and meditation. Holding ourselves in compassionate and loving presence, and softening into receiving, moving and breathing with love. This journey will begin with a short wisdom talk, we will then gently ease our way into the practices, and follow with tea, snacks and chats.
