REST & RECALIBRATE - June Full Moon/ Winter Solstice Sound Bath 

After what seems like a huge month we have just experienced in May - the upcoming full moon and Winter Solstice are sure to also be just as huge this month! 

That’s why it's important to stay grounded, rested and enjoy some recalibration after such intense energies!  

During this event, Immerse yourself in a relaxing sound bath with the sounds of Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal triangles, Chimes, Rainstick + more &  light language.  

After the sound bath, we will take some time to ground further back in by chatting and connecting while sharing some yummy tea and light nibbles. 

In order to maintain a sacred container and for comfort- we only have 15 places available and this circle is suitable for ages 16+ (if you are between 16-18 please note you will need an adult to accompany you)


Please bring a yoga mat or similar + a blanket for your comfort as you will be lying on the floor receiving. Bring a bottle of water + eye mask (if needed) + bring any other comforts that will assist you in feeling supported.
