Full Moon Shamanic Drum Circle for Women (monthly)

Monthly EVENINGS scheduled near to the full moon - $FREE/by donation 

A welcoming space for women to gather together in relaxed ceremony to share in full moon prayers/intention setting and a drumming circle. 

We will make full moon prayers/intentions for ourselves, our community, and for peace, and then drum and sing together for connection and raising our intentions up.

We drum mostly with the Shamanic Drum, other drum types are welcome too.  

Please note this drum circle is not so much about music-making, but is more of a sacred, intentional way of drumming our prayers/intentions together under the full moon - no musical experience required!

Open to women and their little ones. Every second month we open to men to join as well - please check with us which month, if relevant.

BYO drums: there are a small number of drums available to borrow, please message in advance if you would like to borrow a drum. 

Cost is free: This is part of how we give back to the community and create spaces for connection. If you would like to support us in our small heart-centred businesses, please check out our paid offerings on each of our websites (consciouswellness.com.au and springwillow.com.au) and share our work with anyone who may be interested. 

Location: We gather at a park in Freshwater; exact location details will be provided on booking. Please BYO water bottle. We mostly drum standing in circle; you are welcome to bring a mat or chair to sit on if you prefer. There are a short set of stairs to enter the park area.  

Time: 6-8pm (for 6:15pm start). New dates are added regularly, and are scheduled close to the full moon.

About the facilitators Larissa Jay and Bianca Havukainen:

Larissa and Bianca are both Shamanic Womancraft practitioners, and have been drumming in ceremony together since 2022. Larissa is a Shiatsu therapist, sound alchemist, and sacred crafter; and Bianca is an integrative life coach, meditation teacher, and circle/ceremony facilitator. We also offer Drum Making workshops, if you are feeling called to create your own drum!
