Full Moon Shenanigans

What: A guided sunset ambulatory coddiwomple, later transitioning to a night hike culminating in a breathtaking full moon rising over the Gubbuh Gubbah Cliff tops.

Indulge your senses in cacao, kombucha, music, a multi-course degustation and connection with friends and Mother Nature.

Where: Gubbah Gubbah (Middle Head) clifftops, parking @ junction of Middle Head Rd and Chowder Bay Rd Car Park (See image down below for map)

When: 5 - 9pm 12/4/2025.

Why: Ruben, Susie, Jamilla, Adie, Helen, Millie, Sanche and Annika are all walking for mental health with Coastrek on the 4th of April. We're raising funds for Beyond Blue to support mental health in Australia. We are hosting this event to raise funds going towards supporting Beyond Blue’s work improving the lives of individuals, families and communities affected by anxiety, depression and suicide.

Right now, around 5 million people in Australia are living with depression or experiencing anxiety. Nearly half of us will experience a mental health condition in our lifetime, yet on average, it can take 11 years for people to seek support.

Our goal is to raise $1000 which will help Beyond Blue keep up with demand for its 24/7 Support Service and contribute to the development and delivery of innovative, evidence-based services, programs, resources and campaigns to tackle anxiety and depression.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Walking shoes - the hike altogether will be around 4km 
• Head torches - (this is extremely important, as we will be doing 2km of the walk in the moonlight
• A fun hat (Best hat wins a prize on the night)

Wet-Weather Cancellation:

In the unlikely event of undesirable weather, this event will be postponed to either the 26th of April or the 10th of May.
