✨ Crystal Sound Bath: Let the pure tones of crystal singing bowls soothe your system. These healing vibrations work on a cellular level, calming the mind, releasing tension, and gently rebalancing your energy - especially powerful around the full moon, when emotions can feel heightened.

Bring your mat, a pillow, and anything cosy to support your rest.
