And just like that, it's cozy season... time to go back inside for our Full Moon Sound Bath! Find inner peace as we calm the mind and body with sacred sounds. Scientific research shows the frequency of sound waves lowers anxiety and blood pressure. It is an easy way to get out of your head and nourish your soul. Come discover a state of sweet surrender.
We will begin with 30 minutes of gentle stretching and guided breath and body scan relaxation to prepare the body to fully receive the vibrations. Enhance your experience by adding Reflexology/ Thai Massage or Reiki Energy Healing during the journey!
