Full Moon Sound Bath

You're invited to an hour of sound, stillness, and deep release under the Full Moon in Aries - a powerful time to pause, reconnect with yourself, and listen to what is asking for your attention.

Aries is associated with self, courage, desire, independence and taking action from a place of what feels true for you. This full moon also brings attention to the balance between honouring yourself and accommodating others.

A moment to ask honestly:

What do I actually want, beneath what I think I should want?

Where have I been overriding myself or putting my own needs aside?

What would it feel like to trust my own inner knowing a little more?

This Full Moon is an invitation to come back to yourself - your own wants, needs, boundaries and inner knowing. No need to force an answer or make a big decision, but to create enough stillness to hear what is already there.

Rather than pushing forward or figuring everything out, this is a space to pause, receive, and reconnect with the part of you that knows what feels true.

Through crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, harmonic chimes and other grounding instruments, and subtle frequencies, we'll gently support:

Releasing built-up mental and emotional tension

Settling an overstimulated nervous system

Creating space to hear yourself more clearly

Reconnecting with your intuition and inner wisdom

Returning to a sense of steadiness, softness and ease

No effort required. Arrive, lie down and receive.

Spaces are limited for an intimate sound bath.

And afterwards, you'll have the opportunity to choose an oracle card - a little moment of reflection to take with you from the evening.

What you need to know:

Bring yourself in loose, comfortable clothing

Water bottle (optional)

Yoga mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets, and eye pillows are all provided.

If you have favourite comforts, you're welcome to bring them.

Please note: Some guests may have allergies or sensitivities to fragrances, dogs, cats and other pets. If you choose to bring your own blanket or other comfort item, please ensure it is freshly washed and free from strong fragrances or pet odours.
