Time: 10 am - 11 am AEST (Brisbane, QLD, local time)

Location: ONLINE via ZOOM

Please be sure to prepare your space well in advance:

-Yoga mat/bed to lie down on

-Blanket/towel, pillow

-Eye covering/scarf

-Journal, pen

-Water bottle

-Crystals if you wish!

- Any candles, incense or essential oils you may want to diffuse

-Alert your family/friends/housemates that you will need this quiet time to yourself - close any bedroom windows/doors if living in a noisy area

-PLEASE WEAR as high as possible quality headphones - kindly pair them before the session starts

-Please arrive 5-10 min prior to 10am

- No alcohol/drugs day prior and on the day

- You will have access to the recording for 2 weeks post event
