We’re excited to invite you to a deeply relaxing Sound Journey, held under the energy of the October 2024 full moon.

Why This Event is Special: The full moon is a powerful time for clearing out old energy. As you lay back and bathe in the soothing sounds, the full moon will amplify the benefits, helping you let go of what no longer serves you and inviting in peace and clarity.

What to Expect: All you need to do is get comfy and let the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, flutes, voice, handpan and Tibetan metal bowls wash over you. 

No meditation experience? No problem! This session is perfect for beginners or anyone who finds it hard to switch off a busy monkey mind!

The Benefits: Experienced and professionally trained Sound Therapists, Kylie and Emily, will guide you into a deeply meditative Theta brainwave state with their carefully chosen notes and frequencies. This state is not only incredibly calming but can also activate your body’s natural self-healing abilities. Here’s what you might experience:

Stay for Tea and Connection: After the sound journey, we’ll have time for tea and community connection (optional but wonderful). Share your experience, connect with like-minded souls, and bask in the afterglow of the session.

Please bring: yoga mat, cushion/bolster, blanket, eye pillow, water bottle, journal and pen.

Terms and Conditions (please read before purchasing your ticket): Tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations with a valid reason earlier than 48 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a ticket transfer to a future event. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-transferable, but you may gift your ticket to a friend or sell it to someone else.
