Event description

Join us for the Capricorn Full Moon Sound Journey for a rejuvenating sound journey and meditation designed to support your healing.

Using the powerful energy of the full moon, our intention is to clear any blockages in your body and mind, allowing for deep restoration and relaxation.

During the session (approx 75mins duration), you’ll experience the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, rattles and bells, each chosen to help release tension and promote inner peace.

The harmonious sounds will work with your energy system, creating a space for healing and nourishment, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.

Suggestions to bring for your comfort:

  • Yoga Mat

  • Eye Mask

  • Bolster for under your knees

  • Pillow

  • Blankets or Sleeping bag! Once you settle in, your body temperature will drop. As the nights are pretty cool, you may need a blanket underneath you also. Get cosy & comfortable!
