Full Moon Yin & Sound Ceremony

An evening of restoration and embodiment as we drop into our yin under the light of the full moon. Go on a journey to connect with your inner world through breath connection, somatic yin yoga and sacred sound healing.

We'll move through passive shapes held between 5 - 10 mins, with the support of props. Longer holds encourage a release of deep connective tissues – the fascial network – opening up the opportunity for inner healing. Slip into an even deeper meditative state with a sacred sound bath of crystal bowls and chimes.

Remembering that the relationship that we have with ourselves is our medicine, let this yin & sound journey guide you home to yourself.

What to bring:

• Comfy clothing for movement - Warm layers to stay cosy!
• Mats provided – if you would prefer to use yours please bring it along
