Reiki Jewel Presents: A Full Moon Workshop with Sat Devbir

This July's Buck Full moon, in the sign of Capricorn, brings a powerful opportunity to tap into your power, resilience, and structures that support your growth. Emotions may run deep as the moon opposes the nurturing Cancer Sun, urging you to find balance between your inner world and outer ambitions. It’s a time for letting go of what no longer aligns with your highest vision and stepping fully into your authority with clarity and determination.

I could not be more excited to welcome Sat Devbir back to Sacramento! Sat is an incredible spiritual teacher and guide who has become a good friend and confidant over the years. He is gifted, grounded, loving and honest, all the qualities you seek in a teacher. I am so, so grateful he has agreed to this collaboration, it is bound to be a very special experience.

Prepare yourself for a journey of gentle movement, guided meditation, emotional exploration and self reflection with light journaling. You will need your yoga mat, some water, a journal with pencil or pen, and anything to make yourself comfortable for the reiki sound bath (small blanket, eye covers). There are also quite a few blankets and bolsters available at the studio.

Please arrive around 6:45 to check in with your hosts and set up your area.

There will also be an opportunity to shop for some special crystal pieces that will be traveling up with Sat, as well as a few from my collection.
