This is the process:

1. Download the zoom app, preferably from your computer https://zoom.us/download
Otherwise, from your tablet or phone

Set your device to allow to share your voice (audio) and camera (video), with zoom.

Please charge your device to ensure you have enough battery during the class.

2. On Tuesday at 5:45 pm, Join Zoom Meeting

The link will be emailed to you before the class

The event is up on Party with latinas Facebook page. Click "going" to get updates about the class, like the page and join the group PWL Zumba-event updates

3. When you connect:

Make sure your device settings allow to share voice and video on zoom.
When you join, join with audio and video so I can see you and hear you to say hello.
We will mute ourselves once we start dancing.
Set your viewing to speaker view so you can see my video bigger.
Hover over my video and click on the 3 dots or click in my picture to pin the video to the screen. If you are using a tablet, double click on my video to pin it.

We will work out everything else once you are connected. If you need any support, please let me know via email or call me 0401726016.

Let’s all remember to:

Connect 15 min prior to fix any tech issues so we can start on time
Wear comfortable dance clothes and appropriate dance shoes
Have a wide space to move and remove anything that could trip or break. Preferably, choose an area with wooden floor
Have a bottle of water and sweat towel handy
Bring your "maracas". Vitamin containers do the trick ;)
Follow the class to your best ability and avoid moves that could harm you in any way
Follow along as much as you can
Unmute yourself in between songs to let me know if you have any issues.
If you are having sync issues (video/music) you can disconnect and reconnect to the call audio.
Show up with your best smile :)

Recommendations to make the experience even better:

Connect your device to your TV with a HDMI cable or screen cast (wireless)
Connect your device to a speaker to listen to the music better.
Close all other apps/programs while you are in the class.
Turn your phone notifications off/ silence your phone.
Please minimise all other internet use in your house at that time or use your mobile phone data.
In some cases, phone data seems to have a steadier connection.
