This gentle, soulfully curated series blends the fundamentals of Breathwork with the deep rest of Yoga Nidra to support emotional balance, nervous system repair, and inner calm.

Throughout the four weeks, you will be guided through practices that restore your vitality and regulation, integrating somatic awareness, breath science, and intuitive wisdom. With care and clarity, Christalee weaves these elements into a space that invites you to come home to yourself ~ gently, deeply, and powerfully.

While the series is designed as a progressive journey for deeper integration, you are welcome to drop in casually. Whether you attend one session or all four, you will be held in a warm, supportive space where insight and transformation naturally unfold.

Each session will offer a spacious, welcoming environment to explore:

Simple but potent breathwork techniques
Breath awareness and nervous system regulation
Guided Yoga Nidra (a form of deep meditative rest)
Gentle integration and reflection

While you will receive the most benefit by attending all four weeks, please don’t let that hold you back - you are warmly welcome to join whenever you can and will still walk away with valuable tools and insight.

About Christalee:

I’m a woman of many expressions ~ a space holder, breathwork and meditation guide, reiki energy healer, events weaver, and a mother navigating the wild, beautiful rhythm of life.

My journey into breath, energy, and stillness wasn’t always peaceful. Silence once meant suppression - the unspoken, the unheard, the dimming of my truth. I lived in survival, disconnected from my breath, my body, and my voice. But through deep healing, breath became my anchor… and silence, my teacher.

Now, silence and stillness are no longer something to fear - it’s a sacred meeting place. A space to soften, to listen, to rise. It’s where the breath reveals what words cannot.

After a long time navigating CPTSD, depression, anxiety, PPD, and grief, I’ve found a path forward grounded in presence, compassion, and conscious awareness. Breathwork became a lifeline, especially during the birth of my daughter, and ever since, I’ve been devoted to guiding others home - back to their body, back to their breath, back to their truth.
