Event description

Fundraising is never easy.  And it’s even harder when you’re a capacity-constrained nonprofit without the depth of dedicated development staffing from which much larger organizations benefit.

Join us for this engaging workshop to learn and understand best practices and approaches to maximizing philanthropic revenue when you lead a small shop. This workshop will answer questions such as:

  • How do you capitalize the growth you desire, not to mention funding your ongoing programs and operations?

  • How do you recruit and leverage volunteer leadership to support your fundraising efforts?

  • How do you best use your time, when time is already stretched and development isn’t something you ever went to school for?

  • Within the constraints you have, how do you identify new prospects, cultivate new relationships, solicit funds excellently and ensure your donors have a great experience when they support your work?

When you attend this workshop, we’ll share many best practices and important tips to help you raise outsized resources even though you have limited development staffing support.

We welcome executive directors, development directors and board leadership to join us!
