Fundraising for Gaza: How to get started

The situation in Gaza is only becoming more dire, and many people are struggling with basic necessities. Fundraising efforts have made real differences in the lives of Gazan families, and this online session aims to equip more people with the skills and information they need to raise money and send direct aid to people in Gaza.

This online session is presented by Alana Lentin and Ryan Al-Natour.

Teacher and writer Alana Lentin is an anti-zionist Jewish woman living on Gadigal-Wangal land. She’s been raising funds for a family in Deir Al-Balah and mobilising others to take on fundraising campaigns over the last year.

Dr Ryan Al-Natour is a diaspora Palestinian who currently lives on unceded Wiradjuri Country and works as a lecturer in the School of Education at Charles Sturt University.
