Funeral Service for Janette Poulton

Please join us to mourn the death and celebrate the life of Janette Poulton on Friday the 10th of March 2023 at 75 Reid St, North Fitzroy, at 12:00pm

There will be a viewing and vigil for Janette from 11am-11:30am before her coffin is closed. There will be welcome drinks at 11:30am before the ceremony begins at 12:00pm sharp.  A wake with food and drinks will follow at the same venue.

Please RSVP by Tuesday March 7 12pm  to assist with catering and seating plans.

Parking and Public Transport

There are many 2 hour parks around the venue - for longer parking, head to Alfred Crescent where the Edinburgh Gardens are. There are also regular trams along Brunswick St and Nicholson St.

NB: This event is not at the Last Hurrah, but at 75 Reid St, North Fitzroy. Please refer to the map for directions.

Livestream:

Watching a funeral via livestream can be a very strange experience. You might like to consider the following to make the experience as comfortable as possible:

- The livestream can be watched live, or you can watch it at a later time
- Consider having a friend with you to offer support, or have someone you can call for support
- Have snacks and drinks at the ready, so you can settle in
- Bring objects of comfort and find a space you can really settle in
- Arrange to call someone afterwards for a debrief
