3:33 start we will begin with some mingling and creation where we will build a centre alter to move around !

4:44 yoga /stretching

5.05 doors close, opening ceremony, laughter intention setting time & Cacao ceremony (Silence)

5:34 guided meditation and breathing

5:55 the music journey will start 🔥

7:30 music will slow down move into guided meditation / relaxation

7:55 move into food and chats (delicious soup and breads !

8:15 outside fire and fire twirling weather permitting !

What to bring !

Something to lay on and something warm maybe a yoga Matt blanket and pillow for meditation🙏🏽!

Optional

: some things to add to our centrepiece mandala flowers or things, your own cup for cacao, some nibbles and bits and pieces of food for after to share.

And of course the most important your magical self ready do dance and free your mind with funky base ! ❤️
