Funny Coast Comedy at Black Box Theatre - October 23

Thanks to the laugh legends at Funny Coast Comedy, it’s time for another monthly instalment of WORLD-CLASS stand-up comedy at the Old Ambo Station in Nambour! 🎙🔥🤣

75 YEARS OF COMEDY EXPERIENCE. ONE EPIC NIGHT.

Dave O’Neil has had to bow out due to a fancy new TV job (celebrity problems, eh?), but we’ve called in the big guns!

MICK NEVEN and JACQUES BARRETT are DOUBLE-HEADLINING, with FIONA McGARY on MC duties. Three seriously funny comedians, decades of experience and a whole lot of laughs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

MICK NEVEN

Sharp, satirical and endlessly entertaining, Mick delivers intelligent, relatable comedy with high energy and a seemingly never-ending stream of punchlines.

“Neven’s stand-up is so slick, he’s seriously entertaining.” - The Age

“He delivers a performance with punch, humour and a heart.” - Herald Sun

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

JACQUES BARRETT

A bona fide international headliner, Jacques combines razor-sharp social commentary with spot-on character impressions. A master comedy craftsman who’s been crushing it around the world — and now he’s bringing it to Nambour.

“Pretty damn impressive.” - Time Out

“This man is a Championi!” - Jimeoin

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

FIONA McGARY

With over 20 years in comedy, Fiona McGary is a seasoned pro with a knack for winning over any audience. A festival favourite who’s shared the stage with comedy heavyweights including Adam Hills, Judith Lucy, Wil Anderson and Dave Hughes, Fiona brings sharp wit, brilliant storytelling and seriously good laughs. You're in very safe... and very funny... hands!

The bar will be open, the drinks are cheap and the laughs will be coming thick and fast.

Don’t say nothing ever happens in Nambour. There’s world-class live comedy happening right here every month. Get amongst it!
