'Future Hobart' City Walks - Hobart Design Guidelines
Event description
‘Future Hobart’ city walks on what makes a well-designed city
Join the City of Hobart on one or more of our city walks to explore buildings, streets and open spaces that contribute to a well-designed Hobart for all.
Coinciding with the release of our draft Hobart Design Guidelines – the city’s first ever building and urban design manual - we are inviting anyone with an interest in design and urban planning to walk and learn about buildings, streets and open spaces.
We will share insights about how we can design and deliver buildings, streets and public spaces that reflect what makes Hobart special, and provide guidance for future development.
For more information on the draft Hobart Design Guidelines go to: www.yoursay.hobartcity.com.au/hobart-design-guidelines. You can also watch previous Future Hobart talks on our YouTube channel: https://tinyurl.com/28e54v4s

City Walk 2 - CBD edge and the Rivulet: Monday 16 June 10am to 11am.
City Walk 3 - Salamanca and Sullivans Cove: Monday 16 June 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
