Renowned for his innovative approach to nutrition, weight loss, physical activity mental health, and the science of human potential.
About Dr Glen Davies
General Practitioner & Lifestyle Medicine Physician
Dr Glen Davies is a GP specialist with dual fellowships in both general practice and lifestyle medicine. He is a passionate advocate of lifestyle approaches to reversing chronic disease. He has helped over 200 patients reverse their pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes, recognised for his work by being awarded the GP of the Year 2021 at the NZ Primary Care Awards. Becoming frustrated by failing to address prevention and by managing treatable conditions rather than aiming for cure, Glen's “why” is to make a real difference through 'Reversal NZ', a specialist GP clinic, focused on the reversal and prevention of metabolic illnesses and chronic disease using lifestyle medicine and the coach approach.

Professor Behaviour Change Specialist
Louise is co-founder and CEO of PREKURE, NZ's leading Professional Health Coaching education institute. With a PhD in behaviour change, Louise is a successful entrepreneur, previously spending 15 years leading businesses in the corporate wellbeing industry and developing behaviour change programs to achieve positive wellbeing outcomes. Louise’s mission is to inspire a change in medicine to be more preventative. She is passionate about eliminating the over-prescribing of medication that offers little or no benefit, poor nutritional advice and programs that don’t work, and for the medical community to embrace a lifestyle medicine approach.
