Kylie Dallas, Corporate & Institutional Relationship Manager, Australian Retirement Trust
Kylie Dallas started at ART in 2022 and is a Corporate & Institutional Relationship Manager with more than 17 years' experience in the superannuation industry. Kylie previously served on the Queensland Women in Super committee, helping raise awareness of the challenges women face in superannuation and supporting the delivery of networking, education and community initiatives. She is committed to making complex topics easier to understand and is passionate about promoting inclusion, connection and financial confidence through education and advocacy. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Mary Carroll, Chief Executive Officer, Capricorn Enterprise
Mary Carroll is responsible for the overall management of Capricorn Enterprise operations including marketing, economic development, event support and visitor servicing. Mary brings a combination of destination marketing, membership, corporate governance and strong relationship building skills to the organisation and has been recognised by industry with numerous awards and accolades for her contributions including Outstanding Contribution by an Individual at the 2007 CQ Southern Reef Tourism Awards and Living Legend Award at the Livingstone Shire Council Australia Day Awards in 2023 for her decades of service to the community. Mary has extensive networks with business and industry leaders, government officials and elected Members of Parliament. Her career has included a broad range of private and public sector roles, having worked for hospitality and tourism businesses and Organisations, a mining engineering firm, a union and a political party. Mary’s extensive career also includes a six year period as an elected local government Councillor from 2000 to 2006 as well as a Director of an ASX listed resources company in 2020/2021.

Catherine Hughes, General Manager, External Affairs, Business Chamber Queensland
Catherine brings more than 20 years’ experience to the role with expertise across the full range of communications disciplines including brand strategy, marketing, corporate sponsorships, events management, media and government relations, and internal communications. Prior to joining the Chamber, Catherine held senior leadership roles in the brand and communications teams of some of the nation’s biggest companies including Sunsuper and St George Wealth. She has also held senior policy roles within state government. Catherine has an extensive record of executing brand and marketing campaigns to grow purpose-led brands and create positive, productive, and meaningful engagement between companies, customers, and communities.
