No matter what stage your business is in, having a clear and concise vision communicated clearly to your stakeholders can be the driving force behind achieving alignment, fostering collaboration and ultimately helping your realise your goals and aspirations. In this workshop, you will learn how to create and communicate a compelling vision and develop a one page plan that will help you to deliver on that vision.
