    Event description

Find out how to be part of the Sustainability Advantage Impact Challenge and be first to hear new research from EY profiling trends and opportunities for aligning a post COVID-19 Australia to a regenerative economy.

    Panelists include:

    • Dermot O'Gorman, WWF Australia CEO
    • Sally Townsend, Head of Sustainability, Blackmores Group
    • Jenni Philippe, Founder & Director, Circleco
    • Dr Graham Sinden, Director of Climate Change & Sustainability, EY with Parrys Raines, Senior Consultant of Climate Change & Sustainability Services, EY

About the challenge: The Sustainability Advantage Impact Challenge mission is to transform the way NSW does business and solve wicked sustainability problems to advance the circular economy, speed transition to net-zero and benefit nature

The challenge seeks to uncover and support the development of solutions to drive a regenerative economic recovery and make real progress on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

We are looking for high impact, innovative projects. We are particularly keen on project ideas that would benefit a number of businesses and supply chains across NSW.

The Sustainability Advantage Impact Challenge is being run in collaboration with WWF’s Panda Labs.

About the research:  This new research by EY acknowledges that while life after COVID-19 will be altered, the big question remains: will it change the way we think, invest and do business?

It identifies growing market opportunities in the regenerative economy, including the benefits for future-focused businesses and start-ups keen to capitalise on new markets.

Jointly commissioned by the Department of Planning, Industry, and Environment, and WWF Panda Labs, this report will serve as an inspiring thought-starter for The Sustainability Advantage Impact Challenge
