Tonja Gibson

Tonja is a founding director of Strata Answers, providing independent advice on how owners and committees can make their strata scheme work better and spend levy dollars wisely. She has served on strata committees for over ten years — across a large building and a smaller, older one — giving her firsthand understanding of the complexity of collective decisions and what it takes to move a group of owners toward agreement. Her current focus is on strategic master planning: helping committees look further ahead, plan more deliberately, and make decisions that serve the building's long-term future, not just its immediate problems.

Nicki Hodgson

Nicki Hodgson is a sustainability engagement specialist with a talent for translating complex technical and process challenges into action that communities can get behind. Shaped by growing up in a culture where nothing went to waste, she has spent her career helping people use resources more wisely - delivering energy programs across Australia for the Australian Energy Foundation, contributing to the UK's national smart meter rollout, and most recently working with owners, committee members and managers from over 100 Sydney apartment buildings while analysing data from more than 200 strata plans for the City of Sydney.
