Head Brewer Kat Hess is pulling back the curtain for a behind-the-scenes brewery tour before rolling into a four-course beer-and-food pairing built for GABF week.
On the Menu:
Patty’s Chile Beer × Wings with homemade sauce. Heat meets smoke in a straight-up crowd pleaser.
Russell’s Märzen × Beer cheese & pretzel bites -- malty and mellow, comfort food at full volume.
Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout (RMOS) × Slider + smoked Gouda soup. Bold, rich, the cult classic you didn’t see coming.
Pale’s End NZ Pale Ale × Charcuterie; crisp, balanced, a sharp finish that ties it all together.
