The Gado Gado Gala is Subu Collective's inaugural fundraising event - a vibrant celebration of Indonesian culture, community, and connection, with every dollar raised going toward providing education for orphans in Kupang, Indonesia.

In various languages, Subu means "the first light." This gala is our way of bringing that first light to children who need it most - and we'd love for you to be part of the very first chapter.

Our bar team has crafted a brand-new cocktails, designed exclusively for this event. We'll have a bar where you can purchase the specialty cocktail, glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverages with all proceeds going to the fund.
