How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

The show begins at 7.00pm

This year Adelaide Festival Centre Foundation is bringing our annual Gala Dinner to you in your own home, with entertainment by artists from all over the world, courtesy of Adelaide Cabaret Festival. Guests will also be treated to a sneak peek of Her Majesty’s Theatre. Plus, international superstar, award winner & accordionist, Hans will be zooming live into your dining room, and any other room that takes his fancy, as our emcee for the evening. Buckle up honeys!

Vital funds raised from this event will support artists and programs for children and young people experiencing disadvantage and have never had an arts experience.

How to attend the Gal@H

  • Purchase your ticket(s) to secure your ‘seat(s)’ at the dinner.
  • Raffle tickets can also be purchased when you buy your dinner tickets
  • Invite your laptop, iPad or smart phone with Zoom app downloaded
  • Grab your fellow guests in isolation for a dinner party (up to 10 allowed currently)
  • Dress up
  • Decorate your table
  • A program for the night will be provided to every guest, included in your meal box, with times for: courses, performances, auctions, raffle draw and other activities.
  • Enjoy a superb three course catered dinner (including a grazing plate, choice of 3 mains and dessert) with a matching bottle of wine delivered to your door, for you to heat and serve

Ticketing

$180 per ‘seat’ inclusive of GST and Credit Card fees
($90 cost of event and $90 tax deductible donation)

Inclusions: Three course meal, courtesy of Out in the Paddock and Plant B Life, and a matching bottle of wine beautifully boxed and delivered to your door, including instructions on how to heat and serve. Access to the raffle and online auction. Entertainment by artists from all over the world, thanks to Adelaide Cabaret Festival.

Raffle

$20 each or $50 for three (3) tickets. To be purchased at the same time as your dinner tickets. Raffle winners will be drawn and contacted on Monday 15 June to discuss collection of raffle prizes. Enter Raffle here.

Online Auction and Menu

Two weeks prior to the event guests will receive an email from us providing links to:

  • Online Auction: we have some great auction items for you to bid on. These are all South Australian experiences and products to support our local economy. Auction winners will be announced on the night.
  • Menu: Entrée will be a delicious tasting plate from Out in the Paddock. Followed by your choice of three mains, also from Out in the Paddock. Wine will be matched automatically. Dessert, from Plant B Life, is a delicious chocolate tart with fresh fruit. Please note: all entrée and main courses are gluten free, with options for vegetarian, while the dessert is both gluten free and vegan, the wine is not vegan.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Cancellations: should you need to cancel your participation in the event, a full refund of your “Secure Your Seat” ticket will only be available if cancellation is confirmed with Robyn Brown and processed by Humanitix, at least 3 business days prior to the event. Raffle tickets are non-refundable. Event and raffle tickets are hosted by third party company, Humanitix. Please review their business terms and conditions and privacy policy, available on their website, prior to purchase.
  • Meal delivery is free within a 15km radius of Adelaide CBD. Out in the Paddock will contact guests living outside of this radius directly, to charge an additional delivery fee.
