• What is included in my ticket?

  Your ticket includes a glass of Piper-Heidsieck Champagne on arrival, a premium grazing experience with interactive live chef stations, a three-hour premium beverage package (12:30pm–3:30pm), live entertainment, a live Melbourne Cup race screening, Melbourne Cup sweeps, lucky door prizes and a Best Dressed competition.

• Can I purchase an individual ticket?

  Yes. Individual tickets are welcome and will be seated at shared tables with other guests.

• Can I purchase a whole table?

  Yes. Tables of 8 or 10 are available and ideal for corporate groups, friends and family celebrating together.

• Can I request to be seated with friends or another booking?

  To ensure your group is seated together, we recommend that one person purchases all tickets in a single booking. Tickets purchased together will be seated together.

  Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests to seat separate bookings together. While smaller groups may be seated together at a shared table, we cannot guarantee that separate bookings will be seated together.

• What beverages are included?

  Your three-hour premium beverage package, served from 12:30pm to 3:30pm, includes a selection of premium wines, beer, prosecco and soft drinks.

• Do you cater for dietary requirements?

  Yes. Please advise us of any dietary requirements when booking and we will do our best to accommodate them where possible.

  Please note that our kitchen prepares food containing common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish, and we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

• What can i expect on the day?

  Arrive to a glass of Piper-Heidsieck and let the day take over. Live entertainment, Melbourne Cup sweeps, lucky door prizes and a Best Dressed competition build the buzz as race time approaches.
  Graze your way through a premium spread with live chef stations: fresh seafood, gourmet sliders and tacos, a carving station, Asian street food, a grazing table and desserts worth saving room for.
  Once the race is run, the party keeps going, with live entertainment carrying the celebrations well past the finish line.

• How do I get to the venue?

  Galuwa Dining is easily accessible by car, public transport and rideshare. Complimentary parking is available at the Lane Cove Recreation Centre, there's a bus stop near the entrance, and convenient drop-off areas for taxis and Uber.

• Is Galuwa Dining accessible?

  Yes. Galuwa Dining is fully accessible, with lift access available from both the Lane Cove Recreation Centre car park and the road entrance. If you have any accessibility requirements or need assistance on the day, please contact us prior to your visit and our team will be happy to help.
