Please join us for a free information session to recognise problem gambling and exploring strategies to manage gambling urges and behaviours

• Fun or Problem?- Understand the fine line between recreational gambling and problematic behaviour.
• Signs of Harmful Gambling- Learn about the warning signs and how to recognize them in yourself and others.
• Discuss specific challenges faced by older people and people with a disability.
• Identify obstacles that prevent individuals from seeking help and support.
• Gain tools and strategies for discussing gambling concerns with friends and family.
• Referral Pathways- discover local resources and support services available for those in need.

This session is designed for older people and people with a disability and their supporters.
