Event description

Explore the impacts of gambling in a safe environment where you can learn and discuss without judgement. Gain skills and strategies to manage your own gambling, or support someone else experiencing gambling harm. You will be provided with resources and information about services that are available to support you or someone you are concerned about.

Who can attend?

The South Eastern Sydney Recovery College is free of charge and this course is open to anyone residing in the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District. Students of the University of NSW and Randwick TAFE. International and Domestic Students are also welcome to attend.

You can attend if you are worried about your own gambling, or someone else's. It is also suitable for staff and services providing support.

When and Where?

The course is four hours in total, split over two sessions. You should attend both sessions to get the benefits from the course

Webinar 1: Thursday 9th September 2pm to 3.30pm 

Webinar 2: Thursday 16th September 2pm to 3.30pm
