Game Plan for Success: Financial Tools for Sporting Clubs and Community Groups - A ‘Grow Your Knowledge’ Workshop

This FREE and engaging workshop is designed to assist members of community groups, not-for-profit organisations, charities and sporting or recreation clubs, especially treasurers of these clubs, in understanding the financial needs of your club or group.

Facilitated by Armada Accountants and Advisors, participants will gain valuable skills in:

• Learning ways to assess your group's current financial situation and strategize for the future
• Exploring methods to financially sustain your group for long-term success and growth
• Looking for ways to provide a diverse range of revenue
  
• Learning how strategic planning, combined with robust financial management can help you to avoid unplanned risks and take advantage of opportunities
• Advice specific to the City of Armadale Community Grants Program (Round 2 Community Grant Applications open on 10 March 2025!)
