You'll receive an email containing a hyper-link to join the virtual event on Zoom.

After entry instructions

You'll enter the waiting room, and be individually admitted to the virtual event by the host. Your microphone and video should be off when you enter. Once inside the Zoom event, you can turn on your microphone and video.

Ensure you have a good Internet connection. Make sure your visual background is neat and tidy (it will be visible on the video feed). Ensure there is low back ground noise so that we can hear you clearly.
