Session Overview:

Gap analysis audits are a critical tool for understanding how well an aged care service performs against the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and identifying where improvements are needed. This practical masterclass explains how to conduct structured gap analysis audits that assess performance across:

• Governance and leadership

• Organisational systems and documentation

• Care delivery

Participants will:

• Gain a practical understanding of how to assess current practice against regulator expectations

• Identify areas of risk and non-compliance and translate findings into meaningful improvement actions Develop strategies to confidently assess organisational performance and prioritise improvements

Notification of cancellation or transfer of registration must be by email to enquiry@acia.asn.au. No refund is available for any cancellations received five working days or less prior to the start date, however a substitute delegate is welcome. Please notify ACIA of any substitution as soon as possible.
No refund or transfer will be given for non-attendance.
