Garden Connections in Warrane (Spring 2026)
Description
Garden Connections are dementia-friendly nature visits open to everyone.
Join us for relaxed time in nature. Enjoy fresh air, birdlife, conversation. There will be an optional nature-based art activity.
The sessions are especially welcoming for people living with dementia and their carers, family or friends.
In partnership with UTAS Venture Out Nature Hubs.
Wednesdays from October 28 until 9 Dec 2026
10am - 11:30am
Sessions are offered at no charge and will only go ahead in suitable weather conditions.
