Garden Seat is extremely thrilled to once again present Ryosuke Kiyasu - Avant‑Snare Drum Soloist to regional Victoria.
Ryosuke Kiyasu is an internationally acclaimed snare drum soloist active since the early 2000s. He’s especially known for pushing the boundaries of the snare drum through avant-garde and experimental performances. He’s played with groups such as SETE STAR SEPT, Kiyasu Orchestra, Fushitsusha, and was a founding member of The Endless Blockade
He’s performed globally across prestigious festivals like Überschlag Festival, Dr. Martens Fest, Outsider Art Festival (Finland), Alternativa Festival (Czech Republic), and the Edinburgh Art Festival. One of his 2018 Berlin performances went viral with over 23 million views.
Mitch Elliott, whose crushing and therapeutic music has recently been released via Garden Seat will be performing a very special set sure to blow many minds.
