Join us for a tour of the "Gardenhaus" in Woodend to see a Passivhaus* home under construction.
(Address will be provided before the event.)

Architect Talina Edwards of Envirotecture and Builder Stuart Lee from Enerhaus will host the tour.

This home is aiming for Certified 'Low Energy' Passivhaus Standard, as modelled in the PHPP.

The home has no concrete as the aim was for a low-carbon build (only the garage floor was required to be a concrete slab for accessibility as we are working with the Liveability Housing Australia guidelines for the home where the occupants could age in place).

Please note this is a Construction Site, so you will not have access to the entire property, and must follow instructions and abide by safety precautions.
