Gardening with Wildlife Workshop FREE!
Description
Join local wildlife rehabilitator and nature lover Jo Kennedy from A Single Leaf South West and organic food gardening expert Alisa Allison from Reconnect to Nature for an inspiring and practical workshop on creating a garden where wildlife and people can thrive together.

Discover how birds, bees, butterflies, frogs, reptiles and other beneficial creatures can help pollinate your plants, improve your soil, naturally control pests and help your garden thrive. You'll learn simple, achievable ways to increase biodiversity, create habitat and build a more resilient garden that's better able to cope with our changing climate.
Whether you have a large backyard, a small courtyard or even just a balcony, you'll leave with practical ideas you can start using straight away.
During the workshop you'll also get to enjoy a tour of Alisa's home food garden and be inspired by small-scale examples of creating habitat for wildlife and make your own bee watering station to take home!
This workshop is free thanks to the incredible support of the City of Busselton and the residents who voted to fund this project through the City's You Choose community grants program. Thank you for helping make sustainability and nature education accessible to our community.
We are running the same workshop on Saturday 19th September if you prefer book here.
Come along, be inspired, and discover how every garden can become part of a growing network of habitats that helps nature flourish.
