Gastrointestinal Cancer Support Group

The Gastrointestinal Cancer Support Group meets monthly on the third Wednesday from 12.00pm—1.30pm during school terms and is available in person or online.

Meetings are available to all those who have been impacted by Gastrointestinal Cancers.

Many people find attending a cancer support group helps them through:

• Meeting others ‘in the same boat’ and finding you are not alone

• Learning how others have dealt with some of the challenges you may be facing

• Relaxing in a safe place with others who understand how you may be feeling

• A supportive, non-threatening environment

The group is facilitated by the San Bowel Cancer Australia Specialist Nurse.
